Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
Full payment is due at the time of ordering. Because we provide custom writing services, payments are not refundable or cannot be cancelled.
Proofreading and Accuracy
You are 100% responsible for reviewing and making sure all Draft and Final documents are complete and accurate. We are not liable for any injury or damage caused by omissions, false statements, or other inaccuracies.
Revisions
Once you receive the Draft documents, we are happy to make 1 or 2 rounds of lite edits at no charge. (The time period for edits expires after 48 hours). Final documents are sent in Word format.

We value your privacy and never sell or rent your contact information or any other personally identifiable information.
